This dream was inspired ten years ago when Angela and Darrell searched for a quality place to care for Max their Great Dane. After exhausting numerous options, they came to the realization of the need for first class pet service in this area. Thus was born "Pet~Pals" In Home Pet Sitting which they have managed since 1994. Over the years it became evident due to the overwhelming demand for their services and love of pets that a high quality pet care facility was the only answer to fulfill this need.

"The Pet Palace"

The Pet Palace will offer royal suites for our canine and feline guests with climate controlled indoor/outdoor runs including a selection of size accommodations. Sixteen Royal Suites offering a home atmosphere complete with their very own TV & Phone privileges, will be decorated and named by future Palace guests - contact The Pet Palace now for the opportunity to decorate and name your pets very own suite. There will be grooming services available for quick touchups or complete makeovers. Pick up and delivery service in their private Royal Carriage to and from the Palace.

The Pet Palace Emporium will carry a selection of quality pet foods, related pet items and unique gifts for your pet and the pet lover.

The Bivens are members of the American Boarding and Kennel Association (ABKA) and Pet Sitters International (PSI). They have lived in Houston more than 20 years. Currently they serve a client base of approximately 200 happy pets owners.

Although Max Passed away this past January and will not share the realization of the inspiration he gave us, The Pet Palace is dedicated to him and all other pets who deserve royal treatment during their owners' absence.
