Vaccination information is required to be up to date in order for The Pet Palace to provide services. Reservations are considered pending until records are presented. Unfortunately, reservations can not be confirmed without proof and will be canceled if proof is not received 24 hours prior to arrival.

Organizations wishing to request a donation will need to fill out this form entirely and submit by to info@thepetpalace.net. Donation requests are processed bi-monthly and need to be picked up by the organization once complete.
