The Pet Palace is an all-inclusive pet resort for not only pets, but pet lovers as well. Since 2003, The Pet Palace has been the greater Clear Lake area’s chosen resort vacation spot dedicated to all our furry four-legged friends. We have combined homelike amenities with a lineup of various engaging activities and services. Totaling just under 15,000 sq. ft and more than an acre of various outside playing opportunities, we’ve got what you are looking for.
Our state-of-the-art facility offers a clean, secure environment which exceeds all pet industry standards for boarding, grooming, doggie day care, training and pet supplies. In effort to provide a superior experience for all, we pledge to continually reevaluate the services and products we offer with the expectation to exceed both our guests and the industry standards. The Pet Palace has spared no expense to ensure your pet will have spacious first class quarters, premium food/treats and top-notch employees devoting quality time to your pet. Even the tiniest of details have been addressed. The following are some features, amenities & services which are included providing your pet with the Royal Treatment they deserve:
● Fresh linens or elevated beds
● Calming music played throughout the facility
● Solid partition panels between suites
● In-Door or suites with In-Door/Out-Door access
● King & Queen Suites available with color TVs, themed decor, ceiling fans and glass doors to complete that home feeling.
● Climate control system ensures appropriate temperatures and humidity levels.
● Separate AC system for feline and canine guests.
● Custom ventilation system keeps air continuously circulating and fresh air replaced several times every hour (provides a healthier environment which helps prevent the spread of airborne germs, contaminates and odors.)
● 5,000 sq. ft. Indoor Group Play / Training / Agility room with rubberized floor for inclement weather. This space is also available for that special pup’s birthday party or private agility practice.
● Multiple Community play groups based on size and play styles
● 1/4 acre play yard with swimming pool
● Small Dog community play yard with wading pool
● Redundant exit door design prevents escape responsibilities
We are very proud of the Pet Resort we have created and encourage you to stop by for a visit. As fellow pet parents we feel meeting and touring the place your fur baby will stay plays an important part in the comfort level one has when entrusting others with their pets health and well being.
Tours are available between 9am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday. If you are in need of a tour outside of these options, please let us know in advance and we will ensure an additional staff person is available to provide you with a tour.
